Does anyone know the history of Clean Energy's operation of CNG retail here SOCAL ?

What arrangements have been made with each utility ? How long do their contracts run ?

Clean energy is an energy trading Co. they only transportation only to the utilities. If you look around Check under my name I went on a loooong diatribe about the history of CE.
