Shame, shame only one person in the car and of course no HOV stickers since it doesn't qualify. Hopefully someone wasn't suckered into buying the car for HOV access as it's not allowed in CA. The 3 CHP's that are regularly working this route already had people pulled over. Too bad as it would be interesting to see if they would have gone after this person (probably would have).
