I sure would love to get one of those CNG Mercedes! (See Photo gallery).
Are the re-fueling nozzles the same as the ones here in the US?
Are the tanks rated for 3,600 psi ??? Bar.
Could someone please send me one?

The only possible way, I think, would be if you were a service man and stationed in Germany (or anywhere in Europe) and buy one for your personal use. At the time you move back to the states there might be an exception for your personal property and the EPA allows it.
The only topic I found on the EPA site was for someone moving from Canada to get an exception.
