Leather seats?

Anybody try to upgrade a 2004 with better seats? Is it just a trip to the junkyard to see if anybody has crashed a leathered out EX? Or is it more complicated?

I've seen it done so it's possible. I saw a killer GX w/ leather, nav and a sunroof in front of a Lowes a couple months ago. Dunno if they had the dealership do it or not.

I have leather in my 09 GX. A local audio speacialty shop did the conversion. They actually buy a 'kit' and recover the factory seats. I had the driver seat heated as well. Did mine in two tone with reverse stitching with lighter center inserts perforrated. It made a huge improvement as far as I am concerned. Local cost was approximately $1500.

A quality upholstery shop can give you any interior you want. Ask around and make some calls in your area and I'm sure you can find one.
