Honda has pretty much gotten out of the business of certifying the towability of their vehicles. The only Honda which Honda will say is towable with all 4 wheels on the ground is the CR-V.
That said, there is the option of getting axle disconnects installed, or using a dolly. An RV shop could let you know if there are any other options, just don't expect Honda to say it's ok. It will say as much in your owners manual, as well as tell you not to tow anything behind the car (most, if not all, model years).
I would think an RV place would be an expert on towing a small vehicle behind an RV. I would go to a place that specializes in trailer hitches and towing equipment.
Has anyone had any experience with towing the Honda GX (2009) with an RV?
I ask b/c I inquired with my RV dealer for the hookup equipment and he said that i "first need to learn if my car is towable". Any reason it would not be?
Any experience or thoughts? and yes, i did do a search and found nothing.
Ken.
I don't see why you couldn't do it. Try calling a honda dealership. They should be able to tell you.
