That's great mileage. My low fuel light turns on at about 1.5 bars (halfway
through bar 2). You must have had about 1gge left in the tank. I looks like
you got about 48mpg. What do you calculate?? Also ... How good of a fill did
you start with?? 20 bars??

Incidently, I only once saw a 20 bar fill. It was at the Irvine, CA station. It
lasted about 6 miles.

I usually fill at the same station, because it's nearest to my house, then come back the next morning to top it off. Typically the gauge will light up the 20th segment, then go out within .5 miles on the big fill. Then, when I return the next morning to top it off the tank is nearly full to begin with and the 20th segment stays on longer.

Adding the original 290.6+71.5 miles, (for both fills,) prior to filling the next day and dividing by 7.851 gge, (from both fills,) I get 46.1 mpg.
