  • New Member Question

I live in Texas. I am considering buying a 2002 GX. It will be my 1st Natural Gas car. I live 2 miles from a Natural Gax Station at DFW Airport. Any guidance, potential pitfalls and information is greatly appreciated!!!

    Thanks

    Re: New Member Question

    Welcome,

    1) Make sure you know where all of the CNG stations are.

    2) Get a GPS and all them loaded as POI so you can always find the one nearest your location.

    3) Have AAA+ just incase you run out.

      Re: New Member Question

In today's market... you need to do your consideration very quickly... I test drove an '06 and by the time I had "considered" that it was the way to go to upgrade my wife's '00, it was gone.

Also, if you have access to another vehicle or would consider renting a car for road trips, it obviously makes the decision easier. Good luck!
