Does anyone on the forum know where I could get new seals? The CNG repair manual says any time you disconnect parts you should put a new seal in. Don't know if it's really necessary but I would like to go by the book (except the part of taking it to a CNG technician).

This is for a '99 Cavalier

What seals are you talking about?

For the o-ring on the end of your filling port, I use an o-ring with the dash number of -110. You can get these at www.mcmaster.com . It is part number 9452K22. They come in a pack of 100 and cost about $7 with shipping.

For the o-ring by your high pressure regulator, this o-ring comes with the High Pressure Regulator Filter Replacement Pack. I got mine from Young Chevrolet in Layton, Utah for about $35.

      Thanks HighMarker,

All the seals are at the inlets of the HPR and (the component just before the LPR, I don't have my book with me so I can't look it up).

I will be taking the fill nozzle off too so that will probably have a seal too.

They all look to be the same size so I'll compare the one in the fill nozzle to the other ones, if they are all the same I'll let you know.
