Cavalier cng tank's discontinued.
They have been discontinued as of October. Are they available from another suppler?

The tanks that GM had in inventory were getting a little old--and they only had a few. If you have an older car, try finding a tank from a newer wreck which will be about your only option. -

There were only 3 and VPI now has them. Dose the 15 year life start at tank install or date made?GM World Class, F1 Cert

Vehicle CNG tanks start counting to 15 year the month it is manufacturered. They expire at the end of the month 15 years later. To restate a previous answer, there is no way to re certify a CNG tank to get more than l 15 years (or what-ever is printed on the label) of its life
If the vehicle is good you can get a new or used tank with valve, PRD, and brackets. If you choose a used tank, it must be inspected before installing it in your vehicle.
