  • The New Guy

I just picked up a 98 Cav for 1200 wi a blown head gasket.
Fixed it in 5 hours and 150 bucks

Now for the questions I also smell NG when I start it.
Every time I shut it off and restart it the trip counter resets to 334.5 miles

Next trick will be to install a turbo and retune the ECM
I have EFI Live and allready have the factory tune copyed from my ECM

Im ready to start the learnin so Fire away

    Madspeed,

It is normal to smell NG when starting. The smell should go away in a few minutes. As far as the trip counter is concerned, I don't know.
