I want to say this is my first time on any chat, so bear with me. Here is my story. I have a 2000 Cavalier that I have been driving on my own WELL gas along with regular pump gas for 6 months. Two weeks ago I purchased another Cavalier. This one is a 1999. I filled it at the commercial pump and at home with my WELL gas. After I filled it at home it would not start.
The car tried to start and fired one time and then just cranked over. After many trys the car did start and run but would die shortly. I have considered that it could be the WELL gas but my other Cavalier has been filled 3 times this past week with no issues.
Here's the deal in my area: we have no support for CNG in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. One of the Chevy dealers here did not believe me when I called them and stated that GM made the car and installed the CNG system so I doubt they will be any help to me.
The car would not run at all but after alot of testing, I removed the CNG fuse and now the car runs on petro. As soon as I re-intsall the CNG fuse the car dies. If any one can help I desperately need some.
