I have a 2002 bi-fuel Cavalier with 83000 miles on it. I am trying to figure out if the problem it has is related to the transmission or to natural gas system. When started cold the rpm's go up, but the car will not go more 5 miles an hour. If I let the car run in park for 5 minutes, it runs like a champ. Any ideas on what the problem might be. Thanks for your help in this!
