  • Ford 150/250 Reliability

Does anyone have input on the reliability of Ford factory F150 & F250 CNG products. Murphy was kind to address some of the issues with the Ford Contour. Do the pickups have the same family traits as the younger and cheaper siblings or were they a product of superior breeding?

Truck owners and dealers, what's your experience?

    Thanks

My 2000 F150 bi-fuel needed cng injector o-rings replaced. Dealer/mechanic suggested spark plugs & coil packs be done at same time. Did it myself & saved $1200. Wasnt easy to do but truck runs perfect now. My brother has one too. Had to replace compulalve but thanks to long warranty and low miles saved expense of $2000 part and just cost labor. 6 months later had to replace high pressure regulator at total cost of $1500 since not coverd by warranty.
