Re: Post your original MSRP sticker here.

Does anyone know the MSRP on a 1997 or a 1999 Ford Contour? It would sure be helpful. This one has info on the 2003 and the 1998, which was great. I can't tell you the hours I've already spent trying to find a 1999 sticker price.

Re: Post your original MSRP sticker here.

I would just use the $5,075 incremental price for the 2000 model as per the PDF file I posted above. The Utah tax man isn't going to give you a hard time for using this number as your basis for the credit as it would be inconceivable that the incremental cost would have changed much in one year. This will give you a $2,538 state tax credit. Note that you do not need to send in a copy of the window sticker with your tax form, just keep it in case you are audited.

balikbayan, that is great. However, that is not a the window sticker it is what you paid for a used vehicle.

Re: Post your original MSRP sticker here.

I found the following government study which states that the incremental conversion cost of a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria was $2080. (They don't say the 1997 model explicitly in the study, but they do say the vehicles were put into service during months falling under that model year.)

Re: Post your original MSRP sticker here. "2002 Ford F-150

I know that this is not a window sticker, but the following web site was very useful, as it shows the cost of all of the options available for different makes and models of vehicles. I now have the information for my 2002 Ford F-150. It is here:

                    http://www.intellichoice.com/reports...2002/Ford/F150

You can search on your particluar model as well.

Where did you get those pages on the 1998 and 2003 CNG costs? I'm looking for the cost on a 1995 Bi-fuel F-150?

Here are some MSRP's dealer invoices for 1999-2002 Ford F-150 Trucks. Please note that along with the natural gas charge, there was a charge to upgrade the 5.4L engine to handle CNG.

It looks like there is also a $2000.00 credit given on the window sticker. This credit references th Bi-Fuel Natural Gas line item. Would I have to calculate the bi-fuel charge, the engine upgrade charge, and then subtract the $2000.00 credit.
