Crown Vic "Fuel Tank Filler Cap"??

just failed my safety inspection because i dont have a cap on my filler nozzle. Ford wants $35 for this part. anybody know of a cheaper source for this?

If you are talking about the cap that fits over the CNG receptacle go to the closest hardware store and get a 3/4" rubber or plastic tip for a round table leg. Fits well.
You can poke a hole in it with an awl to tie some cord for a leash.
