According to the 2000 Ford (Contour) Bi-Fuel Owner's Guide Supplement:
Slow-fill = 4.8 standard gallons
Fast-fill = 4.1 standard gallons

Not sure if this compensates for any residual gas that may be in the tank when starting to refill.

As for tank size, if I find something in the factory shop manual, I will post it.

NFPA 52 requires that the tank size in water volume (usually liters) is located on a sticker in the engine compartment (usually on the underside of the hood). This would give you an indication of the GGE capacity of the tank.
