Could be any number of things. Best bet is to have it read. Problem being you'll pretty much HAVE to take it to a ford dealer, as the CNG engine generates some codes that the average shop would not really know anything about, and are not documented in normal shop manuals.

So many possibilities, but every time I've had a check engine it's been an oxygen sensor. Are your tanks due to expire this year on your 1994
crown vic? Let me know if you find a good source for tanks. I hear mine
are $3000 a piece for my F150... (luckily I have 6 more years)
