    Hello all,

For all of us who own 96 and 97 Crown Vics, we are going the be the first graduating class of 2011. Meaning that we will be some of the first major CNG owners who will need to replace tanks in 2011, along with some of the Dodge owners out there as well.

Can we get together and order new tanks? I was thinking of just one giant tank. And, I was thinking of going to a 3600 psi tank. The car will run on 3600 psi. Let's get together now and think about it. As you know, ordering many tanks is cheaper than ordering just one. I repeat, I'm thinking of one big, long tank, 3600 psi, holding 11 gge. What do you all think? There must be more of us here.

I'm in no hurry to start looking for my 2011 tank replacements yet, as I'm not sure I'll still be driving it by then. The thing is starting to fall apart around the tanks/engine. I'm just hoping something will be available by then that would be a comparable replacement, as i really don't want to end up with a Civic.

        Is that for four tanks?

no way. that is for one tank i am sure of it. i got a quote from lincoln for a single tank that held 20 gge and it was $3000, i wouldn't mind going in on some tanks with someone but it would have to be alot bigger than 9 gge's to get me excited. right now I have 36 gge capacity on my pickup and need to replace the tanks by 09' so you still have two years after i replace them.
