Ok so I have a pipe-dream about doing a CNG conversion to dual fuel on my 99 ford f250. Everything I have read says it's not possible to do a legal conversion. Am I wrong? Thanks for your help and I know you probably get tired of similar threads I just want to make sure that there really is no hope for me to do a legal conversion.

Have you considered purchasing a truck that is already converted? I bought a 1999 F250 with the conversion done through GFI when it was new. It does have a compuvalve, which can be an issue, but it's a nice, solid truck. Just a thought.
