Dunno but I hope they had a couple new compu-valves with them. IMHO these are the worst so called factory bi-fuel ever made.

I thought that distinction was reserved for the Contour.

At any rate, I wouldn't buy one with more than 8 yrs or 80,000 miles for just that reason.

I was actually at that auction. The 4x4 regular cabs sold for around $13,500. The extended cab 4x4 sold for $17,500. I was blown away. I was planning to pay a max of $12,000 for it.

I was there also, I thought I was blown away until I went to denver.

The dedicated regular cab trucks averaged around 13000 !!! The even crazier thing was it was a salt lake dealer buying them. I wouldn't expect there is much margin buying dedicated vehicles like that. I think cng has value, but come on I really want one, but an extra 10000 buys alot of fuel

If I had been smart I would of picked up one of the low milleage extended cabs for 11 - 12 k earlier in the year.

I was at a Phoenix auction two weeks ago for a Crown Vic. Couldn't believe it. 30 Crown Vics and half of them bought by two dealers in Utah. The vehicles had about 100K miles and sold between $6K and $7.5K. You know they have to transport, clean, fix and dealer mark up. I wouldn't be surprised they hit the market for $9K - $10K. People need to wake up.

Retail asking prices are sky high. I did an autotrader search this morning and found a low mileage 2000 F150 regular cab, 2WD for $14.5K... And that wasn't even in UT, it was in PA!

A Chicago shop is cleaning out its cng parts closet because it no longer has bi-fuel fords from 1999-2002. Parts are posted on an eBay classified ad with no ending date. They have a collection of compuvalves, compu-valves. 2 virtually new. 1 the box is marked "leaks”:
                  R1-220 model v 24-950
                  R1-228 model v22-950

                  Used but complete:
                  R1-210 v47-100
                  A3-555 v38-100
                  v22-100 sn 02713
Was told at least one works. All have been sitting on a shelf

There are also 4 parts units, which includes 1 compuvalve wiring harness and 1 Ford bifuel alternative fuel relay module

                  .
