Re: 2003 dodge van cng fuel filter?
If it is like the older vans the fuel filter is located in the fuel regulator. I have not seen service data on this. I kept asking the same question. It took me about a year to find. I do not think they need replaced like the liquid fuel that could have contaminants. Check with a qualified service tech from Dodge for a more informed answer.

cng can have lots of crap in it oil dirt water makes a nice mess I dont know where your filter is but I would bet you have one I would find out where it is and buy two put one in and put the other in the glove box with what ever tools you need to put in as you will not find one at your local parts house the day you plug it up

Re: 2003 dodge van cng fuel filter?
I have a 2001 dedicated Dodge Cargo. The Dodge CNG service manual indicates that "the system fuel filter is mounted inside the fuel pressure regulator" (mounted to a bracket located above the fuel cyls on the left side of the vehicle) Manual says that you have to drop the tanks to gain access. I would assume that this is a "dealer only" purchase. Please let me know if you have any luck,.... I should probably buy one too.

Re: 2003 dodge van cng fuel filter?
I have the 2001, and, the filter had been removed, the design of the filter is useless by design, and, the people with several hundred thousand miles on theses vans claim to simply get the system cleaned every 40k. I am having serious issues with clogged injectors thanks to it NOT having a filter, although, the filter would be needed a lot of changing if useful.
