Hey gang, CNGchat needs your help!

For over a decade we have enjoyed providing this little corner of the Internet for folks to discuss all things natural gas vehicles. It is the largest forum of its kind: with some 70,000 posts on over 11,000 topics. But with continued low gasoline & diesel prices and strong automaker support for electric vehicles, consumer interest in CNG has dropped considerably, and with it has visitor traffic here. As a result, Google ad revenues no longer cover hosting fees.

If you find CNGchat to be a useful resource then please consider making a modest donation to support keeping this remarkable pool of knowledge available to the alternative fuels community. Thanks!

  • Revolution CNG purchases San Luis Obispo CNG site!

Revolution CNG, located in Paso Robles, CA has recently purchased the CNG fast fill station at 75 Prado Road in San Luis Obispo, CA. The station is located on the JB Dewar fueling facility and was previously operated by Clean Energy. The site is conveniently located adjacent to Hwy 101, and has traditionally been a critical fuel stop midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Revolution CNG has immediate plans to begin upgrading the station, first with a new fast fill dispenser and followed by new compression and priority panel equipment. Revolution currently maintains the fast fill station located at 3G CNG in Paso Robles and has plans to increase CNG usage in the Central Coast region with the addition of this second location.

For further information, please call Revolution CNG at 805-238-0624 or email us at info@revolutioncng.com

Part of the true public CNG fueling heritage. Has 3000, 3600 psi to this day. Also has three pencil-size tubes stretched longer than a football field from the compressor to the fuel island near the road. Not a problem with high-pressure gas. Thank you Revolution CNG.

This Krauss dual hose dispenser features larger diameter plumbing and hoses, receipt printers that work, and a very user friendly interface. We accept all major credit cards and our local customers can also use our Revolution CNG fleet card service. Any questions just give us a call at 805-238-0624. Thanks!
