  • CNG installed in Lake Havasu

Just called the Pilot Truck stop in Lake Havasu City, AZ., and they have a system installed, and are waiting for a separate utility issue to be done before they can start up the system. Will this get us from So Cal to visit the Grand Canyon?

Alas, according to Clean Energy, this will be a LNG only station.

If there ever was a time for CA and AZ cng supporters to PUSH for action by CE to have sites like above also capable of dispensing CNG, that time is now.

AZ is badly in need of adding cng public infrastructure that "connects the dots" so that travel across state is possible.

Rally the troops in CA/AZ as there absolutely needs to be more AZ public cng refueling sites (ie like Flagstaff, etc).

Lake Havasu City, AZ station is open. It will allow travel on the last stretch of Interstate 40 once Love's CNG in Williams is turned on.
