Public station now open at 7400 West County Road 116 Midland TX with 12 gge/min from 8 hoses:

Though Federal Transit Administration paid for half of the $1.5M CNG station Sun Metro opened in Jan 2015 for its transit facility at 10151 Montana, El Paso TX, the public side of the CNG project never materialized. This has dashed any hopes that the CNG cross-country routes will expand to include an Interstate 10 or Interstate 20 option using Deming NM, El Paso, and Midland (or Andrews TX).

It may be that the public component of the SUN METRO private CNG station at 10151 Montana Ave El Paso, TX did not get built:

Sun Metro has a contract with California-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp., which is providing compressed natural gas to Sun Metro. It’s also building a retail fueling station adjacent to Sun Metro’s new headquarters to sell CNG to motorists.
