  • Phill Gen. 1.0 Timer programming question. Is there a diagnostics program available?

    I recently picked up a Gen 1.0 120-volt 3600psi Phill unit.
The people I bought it from said that they had the unit refurbished by GreenFuels.
Two months later it stopped working, and GreenFuels had vanished, so no warranty.

The problem was a bad power supply, and was easy to replace. Now the unit runs great.

    But.

The hour readout shows 5,250 towards the 6,000 hour max.
The unit looks brand new. No dirt on the fan blades, no dust inside the case.
It looks like it just came out of the box.
I was told that GreenFuels turned off the kill switch, but I'd like to verify that.

Is there anybody who has the software to do diagnostics on a Gen 1.0 unit and either reset the counter or make sure that the kill switch has been turned off?

My 1st gen phill is still going way past the 6000 hour mark. I suspect that there was no hard stop programmed in.
