    Betsy Lillian for NGTNews April 16, 2018 - At a meeting on April 11 2018, the California Energy Commission approved a $3 million grant for California Bioenergy LLC to construct a Biogas-to-RNG Facility in Kern County, CA.

    California Bioenergy will design, build and operate the centralized biomethane upgrading facility, which will clean biogas from anaerobic digesters at a dairy cluster in Kern County.
