  • 2014 Ram CNG

Anyone aware of which engine will be used for the 2014 RAM? The new 6.4L or the 5.7L?

    Everything I have read indicates 5.7 L

Trim level ?, Dodge has 10 trim levels , way too many IMO

I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 that runs off of both unleaded and CNG. Anyone know how to remove the CNG conversion kit?

Is it a conversion kit or a factory bi-fuel ?

I'm looking to do the same since I moved away from an area with stations and do not have a garage that will fit my 2012 Ram. Need to get back the bed space and increase payload.

I hit up a guy from the Ram forum that did it awhile back. I'll post if I get the info. Or if anyones looking for one I'd be willing to sell it as well.

Dodge really messed up with their tank configuration

2, 9 gallon type I steel tanks is a bad idea, the could of used 1 26x60 type 4 tank, 34 gallons of fuel capacity more bed space and less weight

And you could also use a fifth wheel hitch. My Dodge is 24' long with 4' of bed space. The only reason I ended up with the Ram was it was 20K cheaper than a Chevy.
